How many accounts can I have?

As noted in our Membership Agreement, S&H greenponts only allows one account per person, and you must be 13 years of age or older.

How do I change my username?

Changing your username is easy. Simply select the Change Username or Password link in the My Account section of the web site, enter your password, and select a new username. You do not need to change your password during this process, although you have the option.

Why do I have to provide a Password Reminder question and answer?

We require that our members provide a password reminder so that we can immediately provide your password if you should ever forget it—without making you retrieve an email. We encourage all members who signed up before 11/05/01 to create a password reminder so that they can utilize this helpful new feature.

I have an S&H grocery card. How do I activate my account access on greenpoints.com?

You can activate your account access on greenpoints.com in just a few simple steps... First, click the Start Here link in the upper left hand corner of the greenpoints homepage and enter your S&H Member Number (found on your grocery card). Then you'll have a chance to update your profile and choose a username and password to use the next time you sign in to your account.

Once your account is set up you will be able to see all of your greenpoints transactions in one place, whether you earn them in the checkout lane or through our web site.

I can't activate my account access using my S&H Member Number. What should I do?

I used to use my email address to sign in. Why are you now asking for a username?

We redesigned our web site to make it more flexible and user friendly for our members. One change we made was to allow members to choose a username, rather than using an email address to sign in. However, you can still sign in with your email address as your username. You can change your username and password by clicking on Change Username or Password in the My Account section of the web site.

What is an S&H Member Number, and where can I find mine?

Each member is assigned an S&H Member Number upon enrolling, whether you enroll in the grocery store or here at greenpoints.com. This number uniquely identifies your account-where all of your greenpoints are stored. You may also need to present your S&H Member Number when signing up for greenpoints offers with our partners. When signed in to the greenpoints web site, your S&H Member Number can be located in the upper left hand corner of your screen, along with your name and current greenpoints balance. If you have a grocery card from one of our grocery partners, you'll also find your S&H Member Number on the front or back of your card.

My grocery card shows a 12-digit number, but my grocery receipts show a 19-digit number. Are my greenpoints going into the right account?

YES they are... Your S&H Member Number is the number on your card, not your receipts. The account number on your grocery receipt may differ from the S&H Member Number on your grocery card due to a special conversion routine we use. This conversion routine is a security measure to protect your greenpoints account.

My spouse and I each have accounts. Can we link them together and share our greenpoints?

You sure can! If you would like to put all the greenpoints from two or more accounts in one convenient place, you can do so by clicking on "Link Additional Accounts" on the Manage Account page. Please remember, once your accounts are linked, they cannot be unlinked, so your greenpoints will always be shared with that other member.

If you would simply like to pool greenpoints with friends and family to redeem for a larger reward item, you don't need to link accounts. Instead, simply designate one person to order the item from the S&H Rewards Catalog, and have each group member give that person some of their greenpoints, by following the instructions in the Give greenpoints section of greenpoints.com. Please note: Before anyone you can give greenpoints to another S&H greenpoints member, your account must be at least 30 days old and have at least 3,000 greenpoints in it.

I lost my S&H grocery card. How can I get a new one?

If your grocery card has been lost or stolen, please contact the Customer Service department at your local participating grocery store-to obtain a new card and have your earned greenpoints transferred to that new card.

How do I change my email address or other personal contact information?

You can easily change your S&H account information in the My Account section of the web site. In this section you can change your email address or preferences, as well as your personal contact information.

How can I subscribe to, or unsubscribe from your email updates?

With email updates from S&H, members get information about special deals, offers and earning opportunities that suit their needs. Members can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from our email program whenever they would like by simply changing their Email Preferences. Unsubscribe links are also located at the bottom of each email. Please note: If you unsubscribe from the email updates, you will still receive transactional email related to your account, including balance updates, order confirmations, and so on.

Can I choose the format in which I receive S&H email updates?

Yes... You can choose the format in which you receive S&H email updates by changing your Email Preferences. We send out our emails in different formats so that our members with different email readers can all read them clearly. Members who can receive HTML-enabled email will receive a graphically enhanced message, while others, such as AOL users, will receive text-based messages. Although, most web-based email services are capable of receiving HTML email. If you are unsure of your email reader's ability to display HTML, select 'Text' to start, then check with your email client provider.
