Do your online merchants also offer greenpoints at their retail stores or through their print catalogs?

The merchants you shop with on the greenpoints.com web site do not necessarily offer greenpoints for purchases made at their retail stores or through their mail-order catalogs. However, many are giving S&H greenpoints and you'll soon find more and more retailers doing the same… Just like they used to give our S&H Green Stamps.

How can I see how many greenpoints are in my account?

When you are signed into the web site, your greenpoints balance is displayed under your name in the upper left-hand corner of the page. You can also view your greenpoints balance in the My Account section of the web site.

How long does it take for the greenpoints I've earned to be credited to my account?

Well, that all depends on how you earned the greenpoints. Greenpoints earned with your grocery card at a participating supermarket are credited to your account immediately.

Greenpoints earned through the shopping portal or services partners are credited to your account as soon as we have received a purchase confirmation from the merchant. Depending on the merchant, this process usually takes about 30 business days, after you've received the product.

You'll receive a confirmation email (if you've provided us with your email address) as soon as greenpoints have been credited to your account. You can also view your account transactions through the My Account section of greenpoints.com.

The greenpoints from my purchase weren't credited to my account. What do I do?

To check and see if a transaction was credited to your account, just sign in to your account at greenpoints.com and go to the My Account section of the web site. Your Account Summary will provide a listing of all greenpoints transactions to your account.

For a purchase with one of our merchant partners, please allow up to 30 business days after you receive your order from the merchant, for greenpoints to be credited to your account. If you still have not received your greenpoints after 30 business days, please contact S&H Customer Care at customercare@greenpoints.com with the order confirmation you received from the merchant.
