What is S&H's privacy policy?

Will my account information be sold to marketing organizations?

S&H will not rent or sell your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information, or other personal information to anyone without your permission. As with all companies, we must, however, cooperate fully if we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a member.

We may share statistical or demographic information in aggregate form (in other words, information about our members as a whole) with our marketing partners, advertisers, or other third parties for research purposes. However, we will not give our marketing partners information about your personal behavior or preferences as an individual.

General statistical or demographic information about our member base as a whole is only shared with a third party to enhance the S&H greenpoints offerings to our members.

How can I subscribe or unsubscribe to the receipt of special offers from S&H greenpoints?

With special offer emails from S&H, members get information about special deals, offers and earning opportunities that suit their needs. Members can subscribe or unsubscribe from our email program whenever they would like by simply updating their email preferences. Unsubscribe links are also located at the bottom of each email.

Please note: If you unsubscribe from the greenpoints offer emails, you will still receive transactional email related to your account, including balance updates, order confirmations, and so on.

How do I change my username?

Changing your username is easy. Simply select the Change Username or Password link in the My Account section of the web site, enter your current password, and select a new username. You do not need to change your password during this process, although you have the option.

Why do I have to provide a Password Reminder question and answer?

We require that our members provide a password reminder so that we can provide your password if you should ever forget it, without making you retrieve an email. We encourage all members who signed up before 11/05/01 to create a password reminder so that they can utilize this helpful new feature.

How do you remember my username and password?

S&H uses cookies to remember you each time you visit, so that you don't need to continually reenter your username and password. Cookies are a standard Internet technology and are small data files written to your hard drive when you visit a site. They cannot read data off your hard disc or read cookie files created by other sites. To turn this feature off you need only sign out of the site and the cookie will be deleted. Why do you need my Date of Birth or Age for enrollment?

We at S&H respect your privacy and use this information for security measures only. You may be asked for your Date of Birth when redeeming your greenpoints for items in the S&H catalog or Travel Rewards program or when activating your account access on greenpoints.com.
