Yes, Green Stamps are certainly worth something… You can exchange them only for S&H greenpoints. We are no longer redeeming Green Stamps for cash. We convert Green Stamps to greenpoints using a one to one ratio. So, if you have 50 total Green Stamps, they will be converted to 50 greenpoints.

We highly recommend that you ship your package using a method that will allow you to track the delivery to our facility. We will not accept stamps dropped off at this physical address.

** NOTE: All Green Stamps submitted for conversion must include a notarized statement that includes all of the following:

• A count of the number of Green Stamps being submitted
• The name and location of the store(s) where they were obtained
• Your S&H Member Number (you are issued this number when you enroll with S&H greenpoints)
• Your name, email address, postal address and daytime phone number

Once your Stamps are validated based upon the information provided in your notarized letter, you can expect to receive an update to your greenpoints balance within 2 weeks from the date of our receipt of your Stamp shipment.

S&H Green Stamps sent to S&H must be affixed to S&H Stamp Books. However, if stamp books are not available, they must be neatly affixed to sheets of 8" x 11" paper. Any loose Green Stamps received will not be counted and they will be discarded!

No. S&H Award Certificates are no longer accepted. Unlike S&H Green Stamps, S&H Award Certificates have an expiration date and all such certificates are now expired.

No. As of January 1, 2010, Top Value Certificates or Stamps are no longer accepted.

Yes! If you have both Green Stamps and greenpoints, you can combine them to redeem for items in the S&H Online Rewards catalog. Simply follow the instructions for submitting S&H Green Stamps found above and we will add any legitimate Green Stamps submissions to your existing greenpoints balance.

If a friend or family member is also an S&H greenpoints member, you can give them some or all of your greenpoints by following the instructions in the Give greenpoints section of greenpoints.com.

Please note: Before you can transfer greenpoints to another S&H greenpoints member, your account must be at least 30 days old and it must have at least 3,000 greenpoints in it. If your account has not met these requirements, you can still use your greenpoints to order items from our catalog or make a donation to charity.

Absolutely! You and your family and friends can pool your greenpoints to save for reward your desire. The easiest way to pool your greenpoints is to designate one person who will order the gift certificates or gift cards from the S&H Rewards catalog. Then have each member of your group give that designated person their greenpoints, by following the instructions in the Give greenpoints section of greenpoints.com.

Our policy is to ship all orders from the S&H Rewards catalog in two business days. Depending on shipment intervals, your merchandise should arrive in 10 to 15 business days. If you mail in your order, expect delivery 2 weeks from the date that we receive your order. If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email.

Gift certificates and gift cards are shipped first class mail via the United States Postal Service. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping and handling charges are based on UPS rates, which vary depending on distance and weight.

You can find the tracking number for an order in the My Account section of the web site. To track the status of an online redemption order, simply sign in to greenpoints.com, click on the corresponding order number in your account's Order History. If you have difficulty locating your Order History, you can contact Customer Care by clicking here.

Note: Gift certificates and gift cards do not have tracking numbers.
