No. S&H Award Certificates are no longer accepted. Unlike S&H Green Stamps, S&H Award Certificates have an expiration date and all such certificates are now expired.

Absolutely! You and your family and friends can pool your greenpoints to save for a gas grill, a family vacation, or a plane ticket for someone's graduation present. The easiest way to pool your greenpoints is to designate one person who will order the item from the S&H Rewards catalog. Then have each member of your group give that designated person their greenpoints, by following the instructions in the Give greenpoints section of greenpoints.com.

For every 1,000 greenpoints redeemed for awards, we are required to pay taxes for the state where order is shipped. (No tax required in AK, DC, DE, HI, KS, ME, MN, MT, ND, NH, OR, RI & VT.)

*Sales and Use Tax: Because we are part of a corporate entity doing business in various states, we are required by law to collect the appropriate sales tax for the state to which the order is shipped.

1. Find your tax rate in the SALES TAX CHART and determine the amount of tax per 1,000 greenpoints.
2. Determine the number of points required for the order.
3. Divide the number of greenpoints required by 1,000 and round up or down to the nearest whole number.
4. Multiply this number by the tax figure in the SALES TAX CHART to find your total tax for this order.

Our policy is to ship all orders from the S&H Rewards catalog in two business days. Depending on shipment intervals, your merchandise should arrive in 10 to 15 business days. If you mail in your order, expect delivery 2 weeks from the date that we receive your order. If an item is backordered, we will notify you via email.

For shipments of merchandise from the S&H Rewards catalog we ship US Standard Ground for orders shipped within the continental United States. For expedited shipping, please contact Customer Care at customerservice@greenpoints.com. For merchandise that is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, we ship via UPS Second Day Air only. Gift certificates are shipped first class mail via the United States Postal Service. Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping and handling charges are based on UPS rates, which vary depending on distance and weight.

Note: Currently, greenpoints cannot be used to pay for shipping and handling charges—a credit card should be used to cover these costs. If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can always shop offline using our printed catalog and mail order process.

You can find the tracking number for an order in the My Account section of the web site. To track the status of an online redemption order, simply sign in to greenpoints.com, click on the corresponding order number in your account's Order History. If you have difficulty locating your Order History, you can contact Customer Care at customerservice@greenpoints.com.

Note: Tracking numbers are only available for items shipped from our warehouse. Gift certificates do not have tracking numbers.

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Center via email at customerservice@greenpoints.com. If an order has already been shipped from our warehouse, please follow the return policy outlined in the answer to: "What is S&H's merchandise return policy?" (Located below)

You can return merchandise that you've ordered from the S&H Rewards catalog for any reason within 30 days for replacement or a refund. In order to ensure that your S&H greenpoints account is properly credited, we ask that you return the item(s) in original packing, include a copy of the packing slip, a note explaining the reason for the return, and your decision to exchange or request a refund. Refunds will be credited in the form of greenpoints to your S&H greenpoints account.

Note: Gift certificates cannot be returned for any reason—with the exception of an error on the part of S&H.
