InfoPilot - The Engine Behind S&H greenpoints
The InfoPilot system is a one-to-one marketing engine that is unparalleled by any
technology available today. This promotional tool can influence shopper’s
behavior en mass or down to one specific shopper in the checkout lane, and not
the customer behind them.
The InfoPilot system consists of three major components
that work in unison to deliver real-time benefits to shoppers—the In-Store
System, the Data Center, and the Standard Report Package.
The In-Store System consists of a Pentium PC “Brain” that
runs all communications and a lane processor unit in each lane. The Data Center
houses all data, and is the source of both standard and custom reporting,
providing 24/7 network management and administration. The Standard Report
Package provides the tools to allow grocers to measure, evaluate and
effectively manage their ongoing business.
